• AI Chatbots and Assistants
• Lead Management Systems
• Custom Digital Solutions

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be discussed and agreed upon separately with the client.

You agree to use the GrowwOS website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt, or interfere with the website or its users.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
• Introduce harmful software, viruses, or malicious code

Before a project begins, GrowwOS and the client will agree on the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional time and fees.

Changes or additional requests may affect the project timeline and delivery schedule.

Payment terms will be communicated before the start of a project.

Depending on the project, GrowwOS may require an advance payment before work begins.

Final deliverables, source files, website access, or project ownership may be provided according to the agreed payment terms.

Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or delay of services.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, assets, feedback, approvals, and access required for the completion of the project.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the agreed project timeline.

GrowwOS is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed communication, or third-party services outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GrowwOS retains ownership of its internal processes, frameworks, tools, templates, systems, and methodologies.

Upon full payment for a project, the client will receive ownership or usage rights to the final agreed deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

GrowwOS may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Some projects may involve third-party platforms, software, APIs, hosting providers, automation tools, AI services, or other external services.

GrowwOS is not responsible for:

• Changes made by third-party platforms
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Changes to third-party pricing
• Loss of functionality caused by external providers
• Changes to APIs, policies, or software features

Clients may be responsible for third-party subscription or service costs unless otherwise agreed.

GrowwOS may create automation workflows, AI-powered systems, chatbots, and integrations.

While we aim to create reliable systems, automated and AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors or unexpected results.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and monitoring important outputs generated by automation or AI systems.

GrowwOS does not guarantee that automated systems will operate without interruption or error at all times.

GrowwOS will make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality services.

However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, sales, rankings, leads, or other performance results unless explicitly agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowwOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Either party may terminate a project according to the terms agreed upon for that specific engagement.

In the event of termination, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

GrowwOS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
